Mark Shaw, Malcolm Cohen and Shay Bannon of BDO Stoy Hayward LLP, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU, were appointed Joint Administrators of Britannia Bulk Plc on 31 October 2008.  The affairs, business and assets of the company are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators contract as agents only of the company, and without personal liability.
